Currently can be set as part of Theme editor.

I am a little confused by this. I see in the beta release notes this should be an option, but the theme editor does not seem to change anything.
I would like to be able to set background colours for unread messages in both the messages list pane and the actual e-mail thread itself (which is currently only a global setting to change the background colour of ALL e-mails, and not just unread ones).
I don't think you can currently do both of these things.
@gizmo2501 Hi Gizmo, I made the description clearer - the background is only for unread messages in the message list, not in the message detail.
The color for the unread message in message list needs to be set in the theme file first to be applicable, and since eM Client 10 is in BETA for now not all the built-in themes have been changed yet.
@olivia_rust Hi Olivia. Thanks for the clarification! Do you think we could get this expanded to have the option to set unique colours for unread messages in the message detail pane, too?
@gizmo2501 Hi Gizmo, since this feature for the message list is already going to stay the same and marked as finished, please add your idea for different backgrounds in message detail as a new idea that can be voted for - otherwise it could be overlooked if it was just a comment on an already "completed" feature.
