10 minutes sounds excessive, but I suppose I could see instances where there is regret after sending a message several minutes earlier that one would want to revoke. I voted on this.
I upvoted this, but I also just started using the "Enable Send later for all messages" option, to give me at least 3 minutes to change my mind.
Extending Undo send to 30 seconds delay works personally for me
Not only for send, it's great if more undo when archiving, moving folders and etc.
