I feel like this is what "Tags" should be used for.
Yeah, but flags are one click while tags are two..
We also would like to have this feature implemented. We have a customer who would like to switch to EMClient. In their workflow they use the flag and the checkmark a lot to work together in a shared mailbox in O365. We are trying to teach them to use tags however the it a poor substitute for the tasks feature of O365.
The attached PDF describes the feature nicely we think.
