Resizable PDF preview with toolbar on top

I am missing an option to resize the "preview window" size. I would like to size it (up to) the window size of emClient to have a (very) convenient preview. Zooming (as offered) ist a bit useless when content moves outside the (currently) available space. The "tool bar" should be on top instead at the end. This would be more convenient for further processing of pdf files (even save and open: closer to current mouse position).
