Adding CalDAV/CardDAV account to IMAP accounts

At the moment you need two accounts if you want to use IMAP together with CalDAV/CardDAV. If you export the configuration of both and fast both sections together, you can get one account with IMAP, SMTP and CalDAC/CardDAV. It would be easier if you could also create this combination manually. This would only require the CalDAV/CardDAV tab to be visible for IMAP accounts.
