Suggest to have a "Delete theme" menu option on the toolbar, as new and maybe alot of existing users who are not familiar with themes "don't know to press the delete button on their keyboard" to delete your own custom imported theme.

So having a delete theme text button at the top and/or maybe "a delete button at the bottom as well" would make it obvious. Example below.
