Came here to add this if it wasn't here. Must have feature. I need to be able to mark an email as read without going in to the email program. There should be 4 or 5 options to select from in order to customize notifications. Almost all email programs can do this one.
This is the most basic and frustrating thing about emClient and we've been asking for it for over 10 years!
I would use this dozens of times a day when a new email comes in and I just want to mark it read so I don't see it again, but I don't want to delete it. For example, confirmations for things I already know about but are important to keep record. Clicking the notification to open the email is a distraction and emClient is slow to open emails from notifications.
