We need to be able to break a thread as EmClient is making mistakes combining emails together. Rarely but it happens.
Also people (customers in our case) are responding to threads that are very old and not related to their current query and suddenly we have a thread that is 40 emails long and not being able to comprehand what they are on about. It willl be helpfull also to make a thread by selecting emails and combining them together.
