If you want to insert a picture into an email using the camera, the relatively meaningless attached dialog appears. "Small" apparently means 320 x 240 pixels, which doesn't really make sense. I would delete the smallest size here and specify pixel values for the other options. This is much easier to understand and you can select the required resolution more precisely, depending on the subject and recipient.
