If you ever mistakenly sent an email to the wrong person or from an incorrect account? Then "Domain Fencing" (like PB has imptemented )can prevent this from happening.
Use Case 1:
For corporate or organizational work, ensure you don't accidentally send emails from your work account to external recipients. Mark addresses not ending with: checkbox and input your company or organization's domain name. For multiple domains, separate them with commas. If you try to send an email outside these domains, the address will turn red as a warning.
Use Case 2:
To avoid sending emails from the wrong account: Mark addresses when sending to: and input the domain names to which you don't want to mistakenly send emails, separating multiple domains with commas. If you attempt to email any of these domains, the address will turn red as a warning.
You can still choose to send the email despite the warning.
