Hi Frank, while this option is not available (so it will be up to be voted on), you could work around it at this time by creating a template - the template would ONLY have the CC address set to yourself and nothing else. Then you apply it as default for all your messages/replies/forwards. And then you have an automatic CC with no other changes to your message.
You would need to create the template for each account separately though.
I could not find the Cc: in the template. A reply from the company told me that there is a drop down on the To: header.
Despite there is none visible on my phone (iPhone) the drop down works.
After rechecking - there is one but barely visible. You need good eyes to detect it :)
I think this deserves a visual redesign.
