You can specify different incoming and outgoing mail sounds for each account in Android via first clicking "Menu / Settings" at the top left. Then open your account and click "Notifications". Then under the Notifications you will see options to select the Incoming or Outgoing (Message sent) sounds.
Can you customize the notification sound for each account?
