You can also select the table and press Delete to remove it. Or you can right-click the table and select Table > Delete > Table.
Hi, sorry no, selecting the table which has the marquee does not delete it in my build. The other menu choice works. I also note the undo stack is not being updated with the table deletion, I will post a separate bug for that.
@davery I was just suggesting alternate options for deleting, if you just click the table and press Delete it does not delete the table - which is why the idea was approved for voting.
