Hi Nick, if you open the email in REPLY window and select the message history, the current AI feature should already have the option to "Summarize"
Just select all text (Ctrl A) and click AI > Summarize.
@olivia_rust Thats not exactly what I mean... that requires going into the compose window, what I'm talking about is in the preview pane when you have a long email thread, you can click summarize at the top and it generates a point form summary of all the back and forth that you have had. even outlook has added this feature https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/summarize-an-email-thread-with-copilot-in-outlook-a79873f2-396b-46dc-b852-7fe5947ab640
I agree. The Copilot summary function is a great help in getting a quick, accurate overview of email conversations. It also helps a lot to get a quick overview of email newsletters.
