We archive all mail communication in a corresponding folder structure. Colleagues that are using Outlook on Windows are heavily using tools like SimplyFile from TechHit (https://www.techhit.com/SimplyFile/) or QuickFile from Standss (https://www.standss.com/quickfile/). This is by far the feature I miss the most since switching to eM Client on MacOS. This isn't a feature that's implemented in a short period of time, of course. But first steps could be to integrate an option to automatically bring up the "Move to..." dialogue after responding to an email and after sending. It's incredible how much time you spend just for this filing. From a vendor perspective, this could be a USP on MacOS, as the existing solutions are either non existing or badly implemented.
