If you mark a message as Junk/Not Junk, eM Client handles this locally and that works for the most part. It would be very useful if it could communicate this with the server. I guess each server works differently, but it's not exactly a great workflow to have to open the server's web interface or dedicated client (e.g. Outlook) to handle this.
