When I was using Outlook, I would use a hack to reply to the recipient of an email I sent.

Using "reply all", Outlook would reply to the recipient of the email yet it would omit myself in the list of recipients.

A great hack when I need ping a prospect who has not returned my previous email.

With em, replying replies to me (duh) and reply all adds myself to the list of recipient (I don't need to get an email from me).

Hi Maxim, if you reply to an email where your account (set up in eM Client) is the sender, it should automatically just use the original recipient as recipient, without any tricks needed. Can you please send us more details on this bug to info@emclient.com with which account this happens so we cab look into it/replicate it?
Are you using alises? Does this happen if you click reply directly on the message in Sent folder perhaps?
