When you long press on an email notification on say outlook app, you can delete, archive messages, this helps delete clutter right from the notification itself.

Enable to set up automatic local archiving rules per (sub)folder; if folder is included in automatic archiving, the 'older than' field to be set per folder and if mails are archived locally or just deleted. (As Outlook offers this capability)
